Plaintiff Creditors Adjustment Bureau, Inc.’s Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings is GRANTED.
ANALYSIS:
Plaintiff Creditors Bureau Association, Inc. (“Plaintiff”) filed the instant action for breach of contract and quantum meruit against Defendant Osbaldo Medrano (“Defendant”) on February 2, 2021. On March 26, 2021, Defendant filed an Answer. Plaintiff filed the instant Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings on April 12, 2021. To date, no opposition has been filed.
