Background
Plaintiff Jamey Blair (“Plaintiff”) alleges as follows: Plaintiff was employed by Defendant Superior HD Investments LLC (“Defendant”) from on or about April 2016 to about January 22, 2020. Defendant committed numerous wage and hour violations. Defendants’ owner, Francisco Juarez, would frequently text Plaintiff with pornographic photos and videos. Plaintiff’s vehicle broke down around November 24, 2019 and he was unable to use it for the benefit of Defendant, which caused problems. Plaintiff was terminated on January 22, 2020 and subsequently kicked out of the unit where he resided during his employment.
