fails to address whether the company was involved in interstate commerce. (Decl. Puleo, ¶2.)
Tentative Rulings
As to the Demurrer:
1. SUSTAIN, with leave to amend, as to Plaintiff’s Fourth Cause for Invasion of Privacy and
Ninth Cause for Respondeat Superior. Plaintiff will have thirty days to file a Third
Amended Complaint.
2. OVERRULE as to all other causes of action.
As to the Motion to Strike:
In light of the Court’s proposed ruling on Demurrer, the Motion to Strike is MOOT.
