Motion to Compel Nonparty LAPD to Produce Its Report Related to the Sexual Battery Involving Plaintiff S.C.
Having reviewed the motion, notice of joinder, the Court rules as follows.
BACKGROUND
On January 29, 2020, Plaintiff S.C. (“Plaintiff”), a minor, by and through her guardian ad litem, F.G, file a Complaint against Defendants Los Angeles Unified School District (“LAUSD”); LA’s Best (“LAB”); Daniel Khodaverdi (“Khodaverdi”); and DOES 1 – 100, alleging 9 causes of action arising from childhood sexual abuse occurring from Fall 2017 to Summer 2018.
On June 17, 2021, Plaintiff filed this instant motion.
On June 22, 2021, Defendant LAUSD filed a Notice of Joinder to the instant motion.
On June 23, 2021, nonparty LAPD filed a Response to the motion.
Trial is set for June 8, 2022.
