Plaintiff’s Motion for Leave to Amend to File First Amended Complaint is GRANTED.

This action arises from an incident that occurred on 7/6/18. Plaintiff alleges that a vehicle operated by Defendant Santos Anabelis Beltran struck Plaintiff while she was crossing the street. Plaintiff alleges that Defendant Mario Beltran was the legal owner of the vehicle and allegedly entrusted the vehicle to Defendant Santos. Complaint ¶ 3. Plaintiff alleges claims for negligence, negligence per se, and negligent entrustment. Plaintiff seeks leave to amend the complaint to add a claim for permissive liability based against M. Beltran.
