Background
On December 23, 2020, Plaintiff Belkin International, Inc. (“Belkin”) filed a form complaint for breach of written agreement against Defendant Ordermark, Inc. (“Ordermark”) and Does 1 to 25. Belkin alleges that Ordermark breached the lease by failing and refusing to pay the rent due. Belkin alleges damages according to proof but no less than $167,134.79.
