Plaintiff/Petitioner CITY OF BELLFLOWER’s unopposed motion for attorney’s fees and costs is GRANTED. Fees and Costs are allowable to Petitioner CITY OF BELLFLOWER in the amount of $45,646.82.

Petitioner CITY OF BELLFLOWER’s (“Petitioner”) request for judicial notice is GRANTED. Cal. Eva. Code §452.

“The enforcement agency...may seek and the court may order, the appointment of a receiver.... (11) The prevailing party in an action pursuant to this section shall be entitled to reasonable attorney’s fees and court costs as may be fixed by the court.” (Health & Safety Code §17980.7(c)(11).)

Following the Petitioner’s successful Petition for the Appointment of a Receiver over the real property located at 9137 Belmont Street, Bellflower, CA 90706, Petitioner is entitled to attorney’s fees and recoverable costs as a matter of law. (Id.)
