The Complaint asserts causes of action for (1) fraud, (2) negligence, (3) promissory estoppel, (4) breach of contract, (5) negligent misrepresentation, (6) breach of implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing, (7) extortion in violation of Penal Code section 518, (8) civil harassment in violation of CCP section 527.6, and (9) declaratory and injunctive relief.
