Defendant Tesla Inc.’s Motion to Compel Arbitration is GRANTED.

FACTUAL BACKGROUND

This is a lemon law action. The Complaint alleges as follows. In 2017, Plaintiff Keyvan Yousefi (“Yousefi”) leased a 2017 Tesla Model S vehicle made by Defendant Tesla Inc. (“Tesla”), with an express written warranty. (Compl. ¶¶ 3-4.) During the warranty period, the vehicle developed defects that substantially impair the use, value, or safety of the vehicle. (Compl. ¶ 5.) Tesla has been unable to repair the vehicle to conform the warranties and has failed to replace the vehicle or make restitution. (Compl. ¶ 5.)
