Plaintiff's motion to seal the Complaint filed on 4/06/2020 is granted. The Court notes the proposed Order on motion to seal records does not comply with the Rules of Court, specifically, Rules 2.550 and 2.551. An order sealing the record must: (A) specifically state the facts that support the findings (i.e., the Complaint contains information which can lead to the identity of third persons' confidential health information; the third persons' overriding interest supports sealing the record; there is a substantial probability that the overriding interest will be prejudiced if the record is not sealed; the proposed sealing is narrowly tailored; and no less restrictive means exist to achieve the overriding interest); and (B) direct the sealing of only those documents and pages, or, if reasonably practicable, portions of those documents and pages, that contain the material that needs to be placed under seal (i.e., the entire Complaint shall be sealed, as it is the least restrictive means t
