Background
This is an action under the Labor Law Private Attorney General Act (“PAGA”). Plaintiff Janice Dorsey, on behalf of herself and all “aggrieved employees” alleges that defendant Guardian Storage Centers, LLC, violated multiple Labor Code sections.
Plaintiff’s operative First Amended Complaint (“FAC”) was filed on September 8, 2020. Defendant filed its answer on October 13, 2020.
Defendant now moves for judgment on the pleadings on the FAC’s sole cause of action.
For the reasons set forth below, the Court denies the motion.
