Motion to Compel Further Responses to Request to Produce The court DENIES the motion by Elaine McElhone, Joseph Scowron, and John Skowron (collectively, “Siblings”) for an order compelling Suzanne Skowron (“Suzanne”) to serve further verified responses to their First Set of Requests for Production of Documents. Siblings admit nearly all of the issues raised in the moving papers were mooted by the service of supplemental responses on 1205/16. As to the remaining issue, Siblings contend the supplemental responses remain defective because Suzanne failed to state she conducted a diligent search and reasonable inquiry as required by Code of Civil Procedure section 2030.230.
