On March 21, 2022, the Court denied the petition for approval of minors compromise filed on August 11, 2021, on behalf of Anthony Coyotl.
The Court notes that on March 22, 2022, a notice of errata was filed which alerted the Court that the petitioners name was misspelled as Diane K. Mireles instead of Diana K. Mireles.
An amended proposed order approving the petition of Denise Coyotl and an order to deposit money into blocked account were submitted identifying Petitioner correctly as Diana K.
