Plaintiffs, Araski Abadzhyan; Natalie Kyurumyan, by and through her GAL, Haik Kyurumyan; and Lucine Kyurumyan, by and through her GAL, Haik Kyurumyan filed this action against Defendant Cheryl Lynn Thomas for damages arising out of a motor vehicle accident. Plaintiffs Lucine Kyurumyan (“Lucine”) and Natalie Kyurumyan (“Natalie”) alleges that she was injured when Defendant’s vehicle rear-ended the vehicle they were passengers in. Both Lucine and Natalie state that they did not suffer any physical injuries and her claim was for nuisance.
