Plaintiff Raymond Contrerass Motion for Leave to Submit Tardy Expert Witness List
Having considered the moving and opposing papers, the Court rules as follows.
BACKGROUND
On February 22, 2019, Plaintiff Raymond Contreras (Plaintiff) filed this action against Defendants City of West Hollywood (City) and Shanna Alexa Cruzat (Cruzat) for dangerous condition of public property and negligence.
On May 7, 2019, the City filed an answer. On May 29, 2019, Cruzat filed an answer.
On May 20, 2019, the City filed a Cross-Complaint against Cruzat for indemnification and apportionment of fault. On September 6, 2019, Cruzat answered the Cross-Complaint.
On June 2, 2022, Plaintiff filed a Motion for Leave to Submit Tardy Expert Witness List to be heard on June 28, 2022. The motion was continued to June 16, 2022. The City filed an opposition on June 13, 2022.
Trial is currently scheduled for July 14, 202
