Defendant Greene-Group, Inc.’s demurrer to the Complaint is OVERRULED.
This action arises from allegations of sexual harassment and wrongful termination by Plaintiff Nardys Carmiol (“Plaintiff”) against her former employers/supervisors/co-workers Defendants Road Dog Team, Inc., Road Dog Crew, Road Dog Inc., Workforce Integration Corp., Workforce Integration Professional LLC, Strataforce LLC, Strataforce Staffing, Greene-Group, Inc. (“Greene”), Road Dog LLC (collectively “Entity Defendants”), Byron Sanders, James Ramirez, and Natasha Rodriguez. Plaintiff alleges that during her employment with the Entity Defendants from July 2018 to January 2018, Sanders, Ramirez and Rodriguez made numerous inappropriate or sexual comments to her, creating a hostile work environment. Defendants unlawfully terminated Plaintiff in retaliation for several complaints she made against the individual Defendants.
