Petitioner's motion for attorney's fees pursuant to Code of Civil Procedure section 1021.5 is denied for failure to establish the litigation resulted in the enforcement of an important right which conferred a significant public benefit. (See, Canyon Crest Conservancy v. County of Los Angeles (2020) 46 Cal. App. 5th 398.) Real Party in Interest's withdrawal of its application and Respondent's revocation of OPDI 19-01 does not prohibit the issuance of a subsequent OPDI on another application for a different location in the future. Respondent shall prepare a form of Order.
