Background

This is a housing discrimination action. Plaintiff Shawntee Richardson alleges that Defendants Mary Bennett and Michael Bennett violated various provisions of the Unruh Civil Rights Act, Fair Employment and Housing Act (“FEHA”), and eviction laws. The Complaint also contains allegations of assault and sexual assault.
