[TENTATIVE] ORDER RE: MOTION FOR RECONSIDERATION

On December 4, 2019, Plaintiff Lola Visual Effects, LLC (“Plaintiff”) filed a complaint against Defendant Brett Ratner (“Defendant”) seeking a judicial determination of the parties’ rights and duties under a mediation and arbitration provision in the parties’ contract. On January 2, 2020, Defendant filed a motion to compel binding arbitration and to appoint a neutral arbitrator pursuant to the parties’ written agreement and Code of Civil procedure sections 1281.2 and 1281.6. On February 25, 2020, the Court, granted Defendant’s motion to compel arbitration, and ordered the case stayed pending arbitration.

On March 12, 2020, Plaintiff filed a motion for reconsideration of the Court’s February 25, 2020 order.
