Motion for Leave to Intervene

Having considered the moving papers, the Court rules as follows. No opposing papers were filed.

BACKGROUND

On September 19, 2020, Plaintiffs Samvel Harutyunyan and Anna Abrahamyan (collectively “Plaintiffs”) filed a complaint against Defendants Regina Danell Quiroz and EAN Holdings LLC. Plaintiffs allege negligence for an automobile collision that occurred on April 11, 2018.

On December 26, 2019, the Court dismissed the complaint against Defendant EAN Holdings with prejudice.

On April 13, 2020, Rental Insurance Services, Inc. filed a motion for leave to intervene pursuant to California Code of Civil Procedure, section 387.

On April 17, 2020, the Court continued the hearing on the motion for leave to intervene to August 7, 2020.

Trial is set for March 18, 2021.
