Having considered the moving papers, the Court rules as follows. No opposition papers have been filed.
BACKGROUND
On May 15, 2019, Plaintiff Aykush Sungulyan filed a complaint against Defendants Ghukas Pambukyan for motor vehicle and general negligence.
On December 23, 2019, Defendant filed a notice of related cases seeking to designate this case and San Diego County Superior Court case number 37-2019-00023097-CU-PA-CTL as related cases.
On July 14, 2020, Plaintiff filed a motion to transfer and consolidate cases pursuant to CCP section 403. No opposition has been filed.
Trial is set for September 21, 2021.
