The court CONTINUES the hearing on the motion and ORDERS the parties to meet and confer regarding the scope of a document search and the volume of documents that would be necessary to apprise Plaintiffs of the number of complaints and repair requests Ford received from owners of vehicles of the same year, make, and model regarding the defects alleged in the Complaint, as narrowed in Plaintiffs’ June 4, 2020 meet and confer letter, as well as information on when those complaints or repair requests were made.
