Motion to Compel Responses to Request for Production of Documents
Having considered the moving papers, the Court rules as follows. No opposition papers have been filed.
BACKGROUND
On January 23, 2019, Plaintiff Kimberly Carvalho-Faucher filed a complaint against Defendants Service Concierge, Inc.; Standard International Management, LLC; Hollywood Standard, LLC; and Giorgio’s. The complaint alleges premises liability and negligence for a trip-and-fall that occurred on January 27, 2018.
On August 12, 2020, Defendant Service Concierge, Inc. (“Defendant”) filed a motion to compel responses to request for production of documents.
PARTY’S REQUEST
Defendant requests a court order compelling Plaintiff to provide verified responses without objections to Request for Production of Documents, Set Two.
Defendant also requests monetary sanctions in the amount of $1,355.00.
LEGAL STANDARD
