This is a putative class and Private Attorneys General Act (“PAGA”) action on behalf of employees of Defendant Creative Manufacturing Solutions, Inc. (“CMS”), alleging meal period, rest period, and overtime violations. Plaintiff Jimy Juarez also brings individual claims for harassment, wrongful termination, and related causes of action against Defendants CMS and Liliana Villalobos, a supervisor at CMS.

Plaintiff now moves for preliminary approval of a settlement of the class and PAGA claims, which is unopposed. As explained below, the Court GRANTS preliminary approval of the class action settlement and GRANTS approval to the settlement of the PAGA claims.

I. BACKGROUND

A. Factual

As alleged in the operative complaint, CMS provides construction products and services and maintains its corporate headquarters in Santa Clara County. (Complaint, ¶ 8.) Defendant Liliana Villalobos was and/or is employed by CMS as a supervisor. (Ibid.) Plaintiff began working for CMS as a non-exempt employ
