Plaintiffs Sky Posters, Inc.; Sky Tag, Inc.; United Film Corporation; West Hollywood, Inc.; Michael McNeilly; X Space, Inc.; and Steel Magnolia, LLC’s Motion to Stay Arbitration Pending Litigation is TAKEN OFF-CALENDAR as MOOT. Plaintiffs filed a Request for Dismissal of Defendant 3.0 Outdoor LLC on June 24, 2020, so it appears that the motion to stay is no longer necessary.

On June 24, 2020, Plaintiffs filed a request for dismissal with prejudice as to Defendants CMS Consulting Group, Inc.; 3.0 Outdoor, LLC; and Camber Ransom, and requested that the Court retain jurisdiction to enforce the terms of the settlement agreement between the parties pursuant to CCP section 664.6. The dismissal was rejected by the clerk because conditional dismissals must be entered by the Court.
