Plaintiff State Farm Mutual Automobile’s Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings is CONTINUED to February 5, 2019 at 8:30 a.m. in Department 94. I. Background

On July 16, 2018, Plaintiff Safeway Insurance Co. (“Plaintiff”) filed this action against Defendant Karina Alvarez Diaz aka Katrina Alvarez Diaz (“Defendant”). On August 13, 2018, Defendant filed an Answer. On November 15, 2018, Plaintiff filed a Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings (the “Motion”) on the Answer.
