Plaintiff State Farm Mutual Automobile’s Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings is CONTINUED to February 5, 2019 at 8:30 a.m. in Department 94. Plaintiff may file a meet-and-confer declaration and a proper request for judicial notice at least 16 days before the continued hearing date; the supplemental papers should also be served on Plaintiff pursuant to CCP § 1005. On July 16, 2018, Plaintiff Safeway Insurance Co. (“Plaintiff”) filed this action against Defendant Karina Alvarez Diaz aka Katrina Alvarez Diaz (“Defendant”). On August 13, 2018, Defendant filed an Answer. On November 15, 2018, Plaintiff filed a Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings (the “Motion”) on the Answer.
