TENTATIVE RULING:
Plaintiff Gerald Crosby’s Motion to Compel Responses to Special Interrogatories and for Monetary Sanctions is GRANTED.
ANALYSIS: I. Background On October 31, 2018, Plaintiff Gerald Crosby (“Plaintiff”) served Special Interrogatories on Defendant King Trivia, Inc. (“King Trivia”). (Mehrban Decl. ¶ 3, Exh. A.) To date, King Trivia has not responded to the discovery requests. (Id. ¶ 3.) As a result, Plaintiff filed the instant Motion to Compel Responses to Special Interrogatories and for Monetary Sanctions (the “Motion”) on July 25, 2019. II. Discussion & Order Because King Trivia has failed to respond to Plaintiff’s discovery requests, the unopposed Motion is GRANTED.
