On December 28, 2018, Plaintiffs Judi Beddow (“Judi”); Janell Beddow (“Janell”); Jeffrey Beddow; Ashley Beddow; The Estate of Joshua Beddow, by and through its Successor in Interest, Jeffrey Beddow; and The Estate of Jarod Beddow, by and through its Successor in Interest, Ashley Beddow filed the instant action against Defendants Altec, Inc.; Altec Industries, Inc.; Global Rental Co.; Rodney Lee Barnes; and Does 1 through 25. On January 7, 2019, Plaintiffs filed the First Amended Complaint (“FAC”). The FAC asserts causes of action for:
