MOTION FOR AMENDED ORDER
TENTATIVE RULING: Petitioner Brian J. Bourke, successor trustee of the Edward M. Stone Revocable Trust, moves to confirm a Wells Fargo Account ending in #6797 as the sole asset under the control of Brian J. Bourke, successor trustee of the George W. Chaney Intervivos Trust, and that the Edward M. Stone Revocable Trust has no interest in this particular savings account since George W. Chaney is the sole owner of record of the account at the time of death. (Bourke Decl., ¶ 7.) Thus, the amended order will reflect the Edward M. Stone Revocable Trust has no interest in the Wells Fargo account ending in #6797 and is an asset subject to the control of Brian J. Bourke as successor trustee of the George W. Chaney Intervivos Trust. The petition is GRANTED. The Court will sign the proposed order.
