Plaintiff's objections to evidence are sustained. Defendant Enloe Medical Center's motion for summary adjudication on Plaintiff's first cause of action in the First Amended Complaint is granted on the grounds that Plaintiff has failed to raise a triable issue of material fact with regard to whether Enloe engaged in negligent hiring, supervision, training or retention. Defendant Enloe's motion for summary adjudication on Plaintiff's third cause of action for sexual harassment is denied. Plaintiff has raised a triable issue of material fact as to whether Enloe ratified Defendant Griffith's alleged conduct. (See PSUF Nos. 28-31, 33, 35-38.) Defendant shall prepare the form of Order.
