RULINGS ON MOTIONS OF DEFENDANTS BODENMULLERS’ COUNSELS MOTIONS TO BE RELIEVED Attorney J. Anthony Abbott has filed a motion to be relieved as counsel for defendants Bodenmuller. The Court finds good cause to grant the motion and will sign the submitted Order.
Attorney Brian Chavez-Ochoa has filed a motion to be relieved as counsel for defendants Bodenmuller. The Court finds good cause to grant the motion and will sign the submitted Order.
In light of the foregoing Orders, the Court finds good cause exists the present settlement conference dates as defendants would be prejudiced in having to proceed to resolution within six weeks of having their counsel relieved. The Court therefore grants their motion to continue the settlement conference and trial dates but rather than set new dates while their representation is in flux instead vacates the current settlement conference date of 7/13/18, trial confirmation date of 8/7/18, and trial date of 8/8/18 and schedules this matter for a Trial
