George Harrison (Plaintiff), an inmate at Folsom State Prison, brings this action against E. Valenzuela, the former warden of the California Men’s Colony prison (CMC) and corrections officer Franks (collectively Defendants), for action taken while Plaintiff was incarcerated at CMC.
