Plaintiff Burbank Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center’s Motion to Compel Further Responses to Requests for Production is CONTINUED to December 5, 2016. CCP § 128.
The Court is of the view that the parties may yet be able to resolve or narrow the issues in dispute notwithstanding the fact that the parties have met and conferred via detailed written correspondence. The Court invites the parties to meet and confer face-to-face or by telephone in order to attempt to resolve the remaining issues. If the parties fully resolve the motion, the parties must promptly take the motion off-calendar via the Court Reservation Management System.
Further, while the parties have each filed a separate statement of items in dispute, the Court now orders the parties to file a joint statement of items remaining in dispute in strict compliance with California Rule of Court 3.1345 on or before 12:00 p.m. on November 14, 2016.
