Tentative Ruling: The court overrules the demurrer of cross-defendants John E. Price and Janna M. Price, as trustees of the Price Living Trust dated September 28, 2007, to the first cause of action in the cross-complaint of cross-complainants Mia Baker Kessler, Michael Kessler and Steven Kessler, and sustains the demurrers to the second and third causes of action with leave to amend. The court denies the motion to strike filed by cross-defendants John E. Price and Janna M. Price, as trustees of the Price Living Trust dated September 28, 2007.
Background: This action arises out of a lease of commercial property. On or about March 1, 2010, plaintiffs John E. Price and Janna M.
