The court sustains the demurrer of defendants Tyco Electronics Corporation and John Schoeffler to the first, second, fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh, (first) eighth and ninth causes of action with leave to amend on or before August 10, 2012.

On May 21, 2012, plaintiff Nancy Dewi filed her FAC (original complaint filed September 28, 2011). Defendants are TE Connectivity, fka Tyco Electronics Corporation (Tyco), John Schoeffler and Henry Madgi (it’s spelled Madgi in the caption but “Madgy” in FAC ¶ 3).
