Discussion:

On June 11, 2010, plaintiff Coast Rehabilitation Services, Inc. (“Coast”) filed its complaint against defendant The Dorton Firm (“Dorton”) for nonpayment of invoices. Dorton demurred to the complaint asserting generally that the complaint fails to state a cause of action.
