Defendants’ motion for an order authorizing issuance of commissions for out-of-state, business records only depositions is granted in part and denied in part. The commissions issued shall not include among the documents to be produced those documents set forth in Attachment 4: section A, items 9 and 10; section B, items 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5.
Background:
Plaintiff Global Horizons, Inc., and defendant Koosharem Corporation are staffing and labor companies. Defendant Stephen Sorensen is the Chair and CEO of Koosharem. Global provided a labor force to Del Monte Corporation at different locations around the country.
