1. Father’s request for the Court to consider his late Reply is granted.
2. Mother’s request for the fee RFO to be continued is denied; this is extremely important litigation and there are very substantial amounts at issue; indeed, father is incurring attorney's fees and costs right now; time is of the essence.
3. Father’s request for $25,000 as for attorney fees and costs, on account, in addition to the $5,000 previously received, is granted and shall be paid no later than April 28, 2017.
4. A further CMC is set for May 9 for a Status Report about the progress of the discovery related to mother’s RFO set for June 20.
