On September 9, 2009, a default judgment was entered in favor of plaintiff and against defendants in the principal amount of $6,507.92, plus attorneys’ fees in the amount of $1,520.00 and costs in the amount of $471.68, for a total judgment of $8,499.60. Following entry of judgment, plaintiff served Mr. Moncada with an order to appear for examination on February 28,
