Nature of Proceedings: Petition for Appointment of Conservator of Person and Estate (Limited Conservatorship)
This matter will be continued.
The following must be submitted before the hearing can be held:
(1) proof of service of mailed notice of hearing on proposed conservatee's grandparents (the only proof of service in file is for hearing on temporary conservatorship; no proof that Notice of Hearing for general conservatorship mailed timely);
(2) report from regional center as required by Prob. C. 1827.5;
(3) discrepancy between Proposed Order and petition should be addressed--Proposed Order reflects appointment of Heather Saline as conservator of the person and Brian Saline as conservator of the estate, while petition requests that both be appointed as conservator of person and estate;
(4) proposed Letters.
Appearance by counsel expected to discuss appointment of counsel for proposed conservatee as requested by proposed conservatee and as required by Prob. C. 1471(c)
