Biography

The Hon. Thomas K. Baldwin is an associate judge for the Carter County District Court in Oklahoma. He was elected to the bench on November 4, 2014.

Prior to his election, Baldwin sat as a special judge for the Carter County District Court, a position to which he was named in 2009. Before that, he was the Vice President and General Counsel at First National Bank & Trust Co. (2001 to 2009) as well as an associate at Fischl, Culp, McMillin, Chaffin, Bahner & Long (1995 to 2001).

Baldwin earned a bachelor’s degree in political science, history, and philosophy from the University of Oklahoma in 1991. He then completed a J.D. at the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 1994.
