The Hon Nicholas De Rosa (Ret.) was an Acting Justice of the Orange County Supreme Court in the Ninth Judicial District of New York. He was elevated to the Supreme Court bench in 2000, after serving as a judge for the Orange County Court since 1998. He retired from the bench in 2017.
Before joining the County Court, De Rosa had served as a judge for the Newburgh City Court in Orange County from 1988 to 1997.
He received his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School.
