Biography

The Hon. Nathan J. Milliron is a judge for the 215th District Court of Texas. Milliron was elected to the bench on November 5, 2024, filling the vacancy created by the retirement of Hon. Elaine H. Palmer.

The 215th District Court serves Harris County.

Prior to his election, Milliron was a partner at Hughes Watters Askanase LLP, a law practice to which he was named in 2011. Before that, he spent time as an associate at Ceronsky, Rosen & Garcia, P.C. in Houston (2005 to 2011). During this time, Milliron gained extensive litigation experience in various civil matters, including breach of contract actions, banking and finance, collections and creditors’ rights, corporate and business law, personal injury, and real estate.

He received a B.S. in business finance from Seton Hall University in 2001. Milliron then completed a J.D. at the University of Houston Law Center in 2004. He was admitted to practice in Texas (2004).

Milliron was born in DuBois, Pennsylvania, and attended North Hunterdon High School in Annandale, New Jersey.

He is registered as a Republican.
