Biography

The Hon. Michelle O. Pincket is a judge for the 10th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida. She was elected to the bench in 2014 and re-elected without opposition in 2020.

The 10th Judicial Circuit encompasses Hardee County, Highlands County, and Polk County.

Prior to her election, Pincket worked as a partner at Pincket & Pincket.

Pincket earned a bachelor’s degree from Florida State University in 1987. She then completed a J.D. at Florida State University College of Law in 1990.
