Hon. M. Patricia Richmond (Ret.) was a judge for the Vicinage 3 Superior Court in Burlington County in New Jersey. She was appointed to the bench in 1990 and reappointed for tenure in 1997. Richmond retired in 2015.
Over the course of her judicial career, she held assignments in the Civil Division, Criminal Division, and Family Division in Burlington County.
Richmond received a bachelor’s degree from Chestnut Hill College in 1970. She went on to complete a J.D. at Rutgers Law School in 1973.
Prior to joining the bench, Richmond was a managing attorney with the Fireman’s Fund Insurance Company, where she had worked since 1986. Before that, she worked as a private practice attorney (1979 to 1986).
After retiring, Richmond spent time as a senior judge of the Vicinage 3 Superior Court in Burlington County.
