The Hon. Kenneth Lee is a judge for the Pima County Superior Court in Arizona. He was re-elected to the bench on November 3, 2020.
Prior to his appointment, Lee was an attorney in private practice. He worked at Davis & Eppstein and Haralson, Kinerk & Morey, two law firms based in Tucson.
Lee earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Arizona. He then completed a J.D. at the University of Arizona, James E. Rogers College of Law in 1981. He is admitted to practice in Arizona, the United States Supreme Court, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth and Ninth Circuits.
His memberships have included the Arizona Judges Association. He also sat on the Arizona Supreme Court Committee on Superior Courts, the Committee on Civil Jury Instructions, and the Committee on Civil Practice & Procedure.
Lee was born and raised in Coolidge, Arizona, where he attended Coolidge High School. His parents owned a local grocery store called Lee’s Foodland.
