Hon. Kenneth H. Taylor is a commissioner for the Los Angeles County Superior Court in California. He joined the bench in 2009.

Before that, Taylor had worked as a deputy public defender with the Law Offices of Los Angeles County Public Defender for fifteen years (1994 to 2009).

He received a B.S. in economics from The Wharton School in 1988. Taylor went on to complete a J.D at the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law in 1993.

He was admitted to practice in California (1993), the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, the United States District Court for the Central District of California, Maryland (1994), and the District of Columbia (1996).
