Biography

Hon. Faye M. Flancher is a judge for the Racine County Circuit Court in the Second Judicial District of Wisconsin. She was appointed to the bench by former Governor Scott McCallum in 2002.

Flancher began her judicial tenure as a deputy family court commissioner with the Racine County Circuit Court in 1996.

Prior to joining the bench, she had worked as a private practice attorney (1993 to 1996 and 1988 to 1990) and was a former attorney for the Racine County Child Support Agency (1990 to 1993).

Flancher received a B.S. from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside in 1985. She went on to complete a J.D. at Marquette University Law School in 1988.
