Biography

The Hon. Caryn Siperstein is a judge for the 15th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida in Palm Beach County. She was elected to the bench in 2022.

Prior to her election, Siperstein was a senior assistant attorney general for the Florida Attorney General’s Office since 2017. She joined the office after serving as a mediator for the 15th Judicial Circuit Court (2014 to 2017), a part-time director of Legal Studies at the Donna Klein Academy (2013 to 2017), and a managing member of Siperstein Klein (2014 to 2017).

Before relocating to Florida, Siperstein operated her own private practice in New Jersey, where she drafted business contracts and also handled family law matters, including divorce (2006 to 2014).

She completed a J.D. at Brooklyn Law School in 2001. Siperstein was admitted to practice in Florida (2014), New Jersey, and New York.

Siperstein has been involved with the City of Delray Beach Education Board, the American Heritage Upper School (PTO president), the Donna Klein Jewish Academy Board of Trustees, the South Palm Beach Jewish Federation, and the Junior League of Boca Raton.

She resided in Delray Beach with her husband and two children at the time of her election.
