Biography

The Hon. C. Kevin Morrison is a special judge for the Tulsa County District Court in Oklahoma. He was appointed to the bench by the district judges of the Oklahoma Fourteenth Judicial District in 2019.

Prior to his appointment, Morrison was an assistant public defender for the Tulsa County Office of the Public Defender.

Morrison earned a bachelor’s degree in radio, television, and film production at Oklahoma State University in 1980. He spent the next three years working as a producer at KAUZ TV before completing a J.D. at the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 1986.

After graduating from law school, Morrison entered into private practice. He started as an associate at Hall Estill. Then, in 1992, he joined Conner & Winters. Morrison worked as a shareholder with the firm until 1997, at which time he became an assistant district attorney for the Tulsa County District Attorney’s Office.

Morrison is a resident of Collinsville, Oklahoma.
